浅议城市视角下大运河遗产保护与利用——以北京市通州区为例

On the Protection and Utilization of the Grand Canal Heritage from the Urban Perspective——A Case Study of Tongzhou District,Beijing

大运河作为古代水路运输的大动脉,不仅带来了经济的繁荣,而且促进了商业文化、丝路文化和现代工业文化的迅速发展,同时也促进了重要的政治、文化和经济联系。由于京杭大运河被列入世界遗产名录,怎样保护与开发利用京杭大运河遗产成为现阶段探讨的重点。该文在现代城市的视角下研究大运河遗存的保护和利用,以北京市通州区大运河段为例,在现有大运河遗址保护研究的基础上,首先介绍大运河北京段的概况及其价值,其次借鉴国内外运河自然遗产保护利用方法,最后对大运河遗产保护与利用进行深入剖析,进而提出了有针对性的保护策略和实施建议。

As the main artery of ancient waterway transportation,the Grand Canal not only brought economic prosperity,promoted the rapid development of commercial culture,silk road culture and modern industrial culture,but also promoted important political,cultural and economic ties.As the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal is listed in the World Heritage List,how to protect,develop and utilize the heritage of the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal has become the focus of discussion at this stage.This paper will study the protection and utilization of the Grand Canal relics from the perspective of modern cities.Taking the Grand Canal section in Tongzhou District,Beijing,as an example,based on the existing research on the protection of the Grand Canal ruins,this paper first introduces the Beijing section of the Grand Canal and its value,and then uses the methods of protecting and utilizing the natural heritage of the Grand Canal at home and abroad for reference.Finally,it makes an in-depth analysis of the protection and utilization of the Grand Canal heritage,and then puts forward targeted protection strategies and implementation suggestions.
