摘要 我国饮食文化源远流长,我们的祖先用其特有的智慧将普通的一日三餐上升为哲学层面的行为方式。在华夏五千年文明的历史长河中,穿越民族融合和社会更迭的诸多事件背后,是饮食在不同人文氛围、气候特征、地理环境甚至民族矛盾之间的调和。这是一种高深的智慧表现,也是对中国人“民以食为天”这句古语最好的诠释。隋唐两代是中国古代历史中极为重要的一段时期,在这一时期,整个社会无论是在经济上还是精神上,均呈现出不断上升的积极态势。通过对该时段不同阶级饮食方式、习惯的分析,可以窥见不同社会阶级的经济情况,该文以饮食这一社会重要活动形式为切入点,以期全面了解该时段社会不同阶层的真实经济状况。 Our country's food culture has a long history.Our ancestors used their unique wisdom to elevate the ordinary three meals a day to a philosophical behavior.In the long history of China's five thousand years of civilization,behind the many events of ethnic integration and social change,what we see is the reconciliation of diet between different cultural atmospheres,climatic characteristics,geographical environment and even ethnic conflicts.This is a manifestation of profound wisdom,and it is also the best interpretation of the ancient Chinese saying"Food is the most basic necessity of the people".The Sui and Tang dynasties were an extremely important period in ancient Chinese history.During this period,the whole society showed a positive trend of rising both economically and spiritually.By analyzing the eating patterns and habits of different classes during this period,we can get a glimpse of the economic situation of different social classes.Taking diet,an important form of social activity,as an entry point,we can fully understand the real economic situation of different social classes in this period.
