摘要
民办幼儿园教师作为民办幼儿园健康可持续发展的主力军,是民办学前教育事业发展的资源和根本,也是未来高素质学前教师队伍的重要支撑。2011—2021年这10年,我国民办幼儿园教师研究数量呈现上升趋势,研究主题不断丰富,但相关研究群体较为分散、研究内容尚未深入、研究视角较为单一。未来应通过打造教育研究共同体、深入挖掘研究内容、转换研究视角等方面进一步提高我国民办幼儿园教师的研究价值。
As the main force for the healthy and sustainable development of private kindergartens,private kindergarten teachers are the resources and fundamentals for the development of private preschool education,and the important support for the future high-quality preschool teacher team.In the decade from 2011 to 2021,the number of studies on private kindergarten teachers in China has shown an upward trend and the research topics have been enriched,but the relevant research groups are relatively scattered,the research contents are not yet in-depth,and the research perspectives are relatively single.The value of research on private kindergarten teachers in China should be further exploited in the future by creating an educational research community,digging deeper into the research content,and enriching the conversion of research perspectives.
