粤港澳大湾区文化建设的政策偏好研究——以广东省为中心的讨论

A Study on the Policy Preference of Cultural Construction in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area——Guangdong Centered Discussion

粤港澳大湾区的文化建设,离不开政策的有效指引。厘清粤港澳大湾区的文化政策偏好,可以为大湾区文化建设的理论研究提供基础性的认知,也可以为文化建设的具体实施提供实践方面的参考。该文选取粤港澳大湾区内各地政府公开的10个文化政策文本,借助质性分析软件NVivo,采用词频定量分析与话语定性分析相结合的方法对其进行分析,可以发现粤港澳大湾区文化建设主要以“服务”为关键维度,以项目为建设单元,以经济层面的运转为建设标准,同时注重体系构建。建设主要侧重:以传统文化为核心进行开发,突出文化建设主体的多样性,将受众需求作为产业发展导向,构建交流与对外宣传的数字平台。

The cultural construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is inseparable from the effective guidance of policies.Clarifying the cultural policy preferences of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area can provide a basic cognition for the theoretical research of the cultural construction,and can also provide practical reference for the specific implementation of cultural construction.By selecting 10 cultural policy texts published by the government,using the qualitative analysis software NVivo,and using the method of combining quantitative analysis of word frequency with qualitative analysis of discourse,we can find that the cultural construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay mainly takes"service"as the key dimension,projects as the construction unit,economic operation as the construction standard and pays attention to system construction.The construction mainly focuses on:development with traditional culture as the core,highlighting the diversity of cultural construction subjects,developing industries with audience needs as the guidance,and building a digital platform for communication and external publicity.
