共同富裕背景下金华城乡公共阅读服务建设研究

Research on the Construction of Public Reading Service in Jinhua Urban and Rural Areas under the Background of Common Prosperity

公共阅读服务是助力精神共富的有力举措,近年来,金华大力实施“悦读金华书香满城”行动,积极推进“城乡10分钟阅读圈”建设,在公共阅读服务建设方面进行了诸多有益探索,但同时还存在服务发展不够均衡、服务推广有待加强、服务效能有待提升等问题。在浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区背景下,“共同”和“富裕”分别从均等化和高品质两个维度对金华公共阅读服务提出了新要求。该文梳理了公共阅读服务建设的金华经验,同时通过分析其存在的问题与不足,进一步探索共同富裕背景下金华公共阅读服务未来的发展思路,并为其他城市提供借鉴和参考。

Public reading service is a powerful measure to promote spiritual prosperity.In recent years,Jinhua has vigorously implemented the action of"Joyful Reading Jinhua Book City",actively promoted the construction of"urban and rural 10-minute reading circle",and made many beneficial explorations in the construction of public reading service,but at the same time,there are still problems such as unbalanced service development,service promotion to be strengthened,and service efficiency to be improved.Under the background of Zhejiang's high-quality development and construction of the common prosperity demonstration zone,"common"and"prosperity"put forward new requirements for Jinhua's public reading service from the two dimensions of equalization and high quality.This article combs Jinhua's experience in the construction of public reading services,and further explores the future development of Jinhua's public reading services in the context of common prosperity by analyzing its existing problems and shortcomings,and provides reference for other cities.
