摘要
ATML(automatic test mark-up language)标准是由IEEE标准委员会制定的一种专门用于描述自动化测试系统各关键要素的系列标准。本文首先简要介绍了ATML标准的产生背景、体系结构和组成部分;然后重点分析了国内外主要公司开发的基于ATML标准的自动化测试软件平台,并详细介绍了各个平台的组成和特点;接下来从技术指标上对这几家公司的产品进行了多方面对比和分析,最后总结归纳了基于ATML标准的自动化测试软件平台在各个领域的具体应用情况和发展前景。
The automatic test mark-up language(ATML)standard is a series of standards developed by the IEEE Standards Committee specifically for describing the key elements of automatic test systems.This paper first briefly introduces the background,architecture and components of the ATML standard;then focuses on the analysis of the ATML standard-based automatic test software platforms developed by major companies at home and abroad,and introduces the composition and characteristics of each platform in detail.Next,the products of these companies were compared and analyzed in many aspects in terms of technical indicators,and summarized the specific applications and development prospects of ATML standard-based automatic test software platforms in various fields.
