摘要
为探索影响粉煤灰中SO_(3)含量测定结果准确性的因素及具体影响机制,用电导滴定法进行SO_(3)含量的测定并围绕测定结果进行分析。结果显示:电导滴定法的操作便捷、效率高,每个样品耗费的时间为35min~40min,准确度与重量法接近;溶液的pH值、样品溶解温度及搅拌时间属于主要影响因素,为提升粉煤灰中SO_(3)含量检测结果的准确性,建议pH值为5~8、样品溶解温度超70℃、搅拌时间超过7min。
In order to identify the factors and specific mechanisms affecting the accuracy of SO_(3) content in fly ash,SO_(3) content is determined by conductivity titration method and analyzed around the measurement results.The results show that the conductance titration method is convenient to operate and has high efficiency.The time of each sample is 35~40 min,and the accuracy is close to the weight method.The pH value of solution,sample dissolution temperature and stirring time are the main influencing factors.To improve the accuracy of SO_(3) content in fly ash,the pH value is 5~8,the sample dissolution temperature exceeds 70℃,and the stirring time exceeds 7 min.
