基于激光干涉仪的工业喷嘴喷雾角度测量方法 被引量:1

摘要 喷雾角度是工业喷嘴的关键性能指标,如何精确地测量喷雾角度直接影响着工业喷嘴的应用效果及其发展潜力,为此,提出基于激光干涉仪的工业喷嘴喷雾角度测量方法。定义工业喷嘴喷雾角度(以射流边界辅助切线之间的夹角作为喷雾角度),并以此为基础,引入激光干涉仪搭建工业喷嘴喷雾角度测量模型,确定喷雾角度测量公式。深入分析喷雾角度测量误差(环境误差与非线性误差),通过恒温保障及其纯软件方式补偿环境误差与非线性误差,即可实现工业喷嘴喷雾角度的精确测量。实验数据显示:应用提出方法获得的喷雾角度测量灵敏度参数高于给定的标准阈值,喷雾角度测量误差低于最低限值,充分证实了提出方法喷雾角度测量性能较佳,能够满足现今工业喷嘴应用需求。 The spray angle is the key performance index of the industrial nozzle.How to precisely measure the spray angle directly affects the application effect and the development potential of the industrial nozzle.Therefore,a method of measuring the spray angle of the industrial nozzle based on the laser interferometer is proposed.The spray angle of the industrial nozzle is defined(the angle between the tangent lines of the jet boundary as the spray angle),and based on this,a laser interferometer is introduced to establish the spray angle measurement model of the industrial nozzle,and the spray angle measurement formula is determined.In depth analysis of spray angle measurement error(Environmental error and nonlinear error),through the constant temperature protection and pure software to compensate for environmental error and nonlinear error,the accurate measurement of industrial nozzle spray angle can be achieved.The experimental data show that the sensitivity of the spray angle measurement obtained by the proposed method is higher than the given standard threshold,and the measurement error of the spray angle is lower than the minimum limit.This fully confirms that the spray angle measurement method is better and can meet the application requirements of the industrial nozzle.
