磁阻式快速反射镜电磁驱动特性研究

摘要 为了实现结构紧凑高效的快速反射镜,对磁阻式电磁驱动进行研究。先对磁阻式电磁驱动的工作原理、结构组成、理论模型进行详细分析,然后采用有限元方法分析计算了永磁体、线圈、气隙等尺寸参数对驱动力矩的影响,最后设计、制作了磁阻式快速反射镜样机并进行测试,结果表明:快速反射镜外形尺寸为Φ32 mm×38 mm,行程大于±1°,X、Y轴的阶跃响应上升时间分别为15.9 ms和13.5 ms,带宽大于400 Hz。研究结果有助于掌握磁阻式电磁驱动的特性,由此设计的快速反射镜具有低功耗和结构紧凑的特点,适合在空间激光通信等领域应用。 In order to realize fast steering mirror(FSM)with compact structure and high efficiency,magnetoresistive electromagnetic drive is studied in this paper.Firstly,the working principle,structure and theoretical model of magnetoresistive electromagnetic drive are analyzed in detail,and then the finite element method is used to analyze and calculate the influence of permanent magnet,coil,air gap and other dimensional parameters on the driving torque.Finally,a prototype of abovementioned FSM is designed,manufactured and tested.The results indicates that the profile of FSM isφ32 mm×38 mm,the angular stroke is greater than±1°and the rise time of X-axis and Y-axis step response are 15.9 ms and 13.5 ms,respectively,the 3dB bandwidth is greater than 400Hz.Study results contribute to grasping the characteristics of magneto-resistive electromagnetic drive,the FSM designed by this method has the characteristics of low power consumption and compact structure,and is suitable for applications in space laser communication and other fields.
