摘要
以我国32所“双一流”高校为研究对象,选取2012—2018年各高校科技创新的数据指标,通过构建三阶段DEA模型,对“双一流”高校科技创新效率进行有效测算。结果表明,各“双一流”高校科技创新效率值相差较大,大部分高校未能达到技术前沿面,各“双一流”高校有很大的空间来提升自己的科技创新效率,且由于受到外部环境和随机干扰项的影响,部分“双一流”高校存在效率值虚高或被低估的现象。
Taking 32“double first-class”colleges and universities in China as the research object,and selecting the data indicators of scientific and technological innovation of colleges and universities from 2012 to 2018,the scientific and technological innovation efficiency of“double first-class”colleges and universities is effectively calculated by constructing a Three-stage DEA model.The results show that the scientific and technological innovation efficiency values of“double first-class”colleges and universities vary greatly,and most colleges and universities fail to reach the technological frontier,each double first-class university has a lot of space to improve its scientific and technological innovation efficiency.Due to the influence of the external environment and random interference,some“double first-class”universities have the phenomenon of falsely high or underestimated efficiency.
