“互联网+”背景下的行政审批创新化改革--以浙江省网上中介超市为例

Innovative Reform of Administrative Approval in the Context of“Internet+”--Taking the Online Intermediary Supermarket in Zhejiang Province as an Example

“互联网+”的兴起赋予了我国政务服务新的发展源泉,也为行政审批制度改革带来融合发展的新动力。在浙江省“网上中介超市”的建设过程中,行政审批中介服务“增质提效”初显成效,但也存在缺乏统一指导、信息公开不完全、普及力度低、监督系统有待优化等问题。因此,有必要在此基础上强化统一指导与监督、加强与互联网的深度融合、提升“互联网+行政审批”服务效能等,以促进“互联网+行政审批”的深入发展。

“Internet+”provides China’s government services a new source of development,and also brings new momentum for the integration of development for the reform of the administrative approval service system.In the construction process of“Online Intermediary Supermarket”in Zhejiang Province,it has produced obvious effects,but there is a lack of unified guidance on the development,incomplete information disclosure,low popularity,supervision system to be optimized and other problems.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the unified guidance and supervision on this basis,strengthen the deep integration with the Internet,improve the“Internet and administrative approval”service effectiveness,in order to promote the“Internet and administrative approval”in-depth development.
