血液生物标志物对脑卒中后认知障碍的预测价值研究进展

Recent advance in predictive value of blood biomarkers in post-stroke cognitive impairment

摘要 脑卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)是脑卒中的重要并发症之一,严重影响患者的生活质量,是脑卒中疾病负担的重要原因。近年来,越来越多的证据表明血液生物标志物对PSCI的诊断具有重要意义,且血液标志物检测相对简单,更适合临床应用。因此,本文围绕神经损伤标志物、代谢生物标志物、炎性生物标志物、氧化应激标志物和其他生物标志物这5种不同类型血液生物标志物对PSCI的诊断价值进行梳理,以期为PSCI的早诊断、早干预提供参考。 Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),one of the important complications of stroke,seriously affects the quality of life of these patients.PSCI is an important cause of disease burden of stroke.In recent years,more and more evidences show that blood biomarkers are of great significance in PSCI diagnosis,and the detection of blood biomarkers is relatively simple and more suitable for clinical application.Therefore,this paper sorts out the values of 5 blood biomarkers,nerve injury marker,metabolic biomarker,inflammatory biomarker,oxidative stress marker and other biomarker,in diagnosing PSCI,to provide references for early diagnosis and intervention of PSCI.
