摘要
【目的/意义】近年来反转新闻的频发对社会舆情的生成与发展造成了重大影响,本文对反转新闻舆情热度生成机理进行探究,以期为弱化反转新闻舆情焦点提供建议和策略。【方法/过程】以社会燃烧理论为基础,并结合已有文献和对近年来反转新闻案例的分析,本文从“燃烧物质”“助燃剂”和“点火温度”三个方面提出利益诉求、媒体参与度、新闻失范、议题类型、反转强度和反转次数等作为反转新闻舆情热度生成的6个前因条件,并利用清晰集定性比较分析方法对反转新闻高舆情热度生成路径进行探究。【结果/结论】研究发现,作为“助燃剂”的新闻失范是反转新闻高舆情热度生成的必要条件,媒体参与度作为核心条件对反转新闻的舆情热度有一定的调节作用;议题类型和反转次数并不能单独作为“点火温度”导致高热度舆情的生成,而需两者协同作用;作为“点火温度”的反转强度对舆情热度并没有显著影响。【创新/局限】本研究后续需纳入更多的案例以验证研究结果的普适性。
【Purpose/significance】In recent years, the frequent occurrence of reversal news has had a significant impact on the generation and development of social public opinion. This paper explores the generation mechanism of reversal news public opinion enthusiasm, in order to provide suggestions and strategies for weakening the focus of reversal news public opinion.【Method/process】Based on the social combustion theory, combined with the existing literature and the analysis of recent news reversal cases, this paper puts forward interest demands from three aspects: "combustion substances", "combustion accelerants" and "ignition temperature", media participation, news anomie, issue type, reversal intensity and reversal times as the six antecedent conditions for the generation of reversal news public opinion heat, and use the clear set qualitative comparative analysis method to generate the path of high public opinion heat of reversal news. Explore.【Result/conclusion】The study found that news anomie as "accelerator" is a necessary condition for reversal news to generate high public opinion enthusiasm, and media participation as the core condition has a certain moderating effect on the public opinion enthusiasm of reversal news;and the number of reversals cannot be used alone as the "ignition temperature" to lead to the generation of high-profile public opinion, but require a synergistic effect of the two;the inversion intensity as the "ignition temperature" has no significant impact on the popularity of public opinion.【Innovation/limitation】This paper needs more cases to verify the generaliza-bility of the findings in the future.
