摘要
文章分析了造成全自动扁锭铸造机生产大规格高合金化扁锭开机失败的具体原因,并在生产实践中从铸造参数和铝熔体的控制角度入手,找出了有效避免开机失败的相应措施。其中铸造参数优化主要包括填充速率、结晶器内液位控制、起始水流量、水斜线、水阀打开时间、起始速度、速度斜线等。
In this paper,the specific causes of boot failure in full-automatic flat ingot casting machine producing large size high alloyed flat ingot are analyzed,and the effective measures to avoid boot failure are found out from the angle of casting parameters and aluminum melt control in production practice.The optimization of casting parameters mainly includes:filling rate,liquid level control in crystallizer,initial water flow,water slash,water valve opening time,initial speed,speed slash,etc.
