视网膜母细胞瘤的治疗进展

Progress in the treatment of retinoblastoma

视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是婴幼儿最常见的原发性恶性肿瘤,也是第二大眼内恶性肿瘤。一个完整的面部外观、视力对儿童的心理健康和将来的生活工作尤为重要。在保证生命的前提下提高保眼率是视网膜母细胞瘤治疗的关键,本文对目前国内外视网膜母细胞的治疗现状及进展进行综述。

Retinoblastoma(RB)is the most common primary malignant tumor in infants and the second largest intraocular malignant tumor.A complete facial appearance and vision are particularly important for children's mental health and life.Therefore,improving eye preservation rate under the premise of ensuring life is the focus of RB treatment.This paper reviewed the current situation of RB treatment worldwide.
