摘要 WNT/β-catenin信号通路是以调控β-catenin的稳定性和核定位为核心过程的经典通路,在细胞增殖、分化和组织稳态维持过程中发挥重要作用,WNT/β-catenin信号通路异常可促进肿瘤干细胞更新、细胞增殖和分化,在肿瘤发生和治疗反应中作用显著。WNT/β-catenin信号通路作为肿瘤治疗的靶点成为目前研究的热点。研究表明,WNT/β-catenin信号通路与肿瘤的发生、发展等多个方面密切相关,有效抑制这一信号通路可能在治疗肿瘤方面提供有效的措施。文章就WNT/β-catenin信号通路在消化系统肿瘤靶向治疗中的最新研究进展作一简要综述。 WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway is regulated by the stability and nuclear localization ofβ-catenin are classic pathways in core processes that play an important role in cell proliferation,differentiation,and tissue homeostasis.Abnormal WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway can promote tumor stem cell renewal,cell proliferation,and differentiation,and plays a significant role in tumor genesis and treatment responses.WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway as a target for tumor therapy has become a hot research topic.Research shows that WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway is closely related to many aspects of tumor occurrence and development,and effective inhibition of this signaling pathway may provide effective measures in the treatment of tumors.This article briefly reviews the latest research progress of the article on WNT/β-catenin signaling pathway in targeted treatment of digestive system tumors.
