运动教育对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏、症状困扰与感知控制的影响

Effects of exercise education on cancer related fatigue, symptom distress and perceptual control in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy

目的分析运动教育对肺癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏、症状困扰与感知控制的影响。方法选取2019年3月至2021年2月我院接诊的80例肺癌化疗患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予运动教育干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的中文版安德森症状评估量表(MDASI-C)各部分评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的癌症经验评分低于对照组,控制效能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照(P<0.05)。结论运动教育可减轻肺癌化疗患者的癌因性疲乏、症状困扰,改善其感知控制及睡眠质量。

Objective To analyze the effects of exercise education on cancer related fatigue,symptom distress and perceptual control in lung cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with lung cancer who underwent chemotherapy in our hospital from March 2019 to February 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given exercise education intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each part and total score of the Chinese version of the M.D.Anderson Symptom Inventory(MDASI-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the cancer experience score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the control efficacy score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise education can reduce cancer related fatigue and symptom distress in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy,and improve perceptual control and sleep quality.
