细节护理及舒适护理对外科全麻手术患者舒适度、并发症及心理状况的影响

Effects of detail nursing and comfort nursing on comfort, complications and psychological status of patients undergoing surgical general anesthesia

目的分析细节护理及舒适护理对外科全麻手术患者舒适度、并发症及心理状况的影响。方法根据不同的护理方案将我院2020年1月至12月的120例外科全麻手术患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行细节护理及舒适护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果苏醒期,观察组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的自主呼吸、拔管、呼之睁眼、定向力恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒后不同时间的舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的苏醒期躁动发生率及麻醉并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细节护理及舒适护理对外科全麻手术患者的生命体征影响较小,可提高其舒适度,改善心理状况,降低并发症的发生风险。

Objective To analyze the effects of detail nursing and comfort nursing on comfort,complications and psychological status of patients undergoing surgical general anesthesia.Methods According to different nursing plans,120 patients undergoing surgical general anesthesia in our hospital from January to December 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received detail nursing and comfort nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results During the recovery period,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)and respiratory rate(RR)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The spontaneous breathing time,extubation time,eye opening time after exhalation and directional recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The score of General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)in the observation group at different times after awakening was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of emergence agitation and the total incidence of anesthesia complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detail nursing and comfort nursing has a small impact on the vital signs of patients undergoing surgical general anesthesia,which can improve their comfort and psychological status,and reduce the risk of complications.
