快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of spine minimally invasive surgery

目的分析快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中的应用效果。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年12月收治的90例脊柱微创手术患者,以围术期护理方案不同将其分为常规组(45例,常规护理)和观察组(45例,快速康复外科理念护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术后卧床时长、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院时长均短于常规组,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后各项并发症发生率均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的脊柱功能指数量表(SFI)评分高于常规组,Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念在脊柱微创手术围术期护理中具有积极的应用价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of spine minimally invasive surgery.Methods Ninety patients with spine minimally invasive surgery admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into conventional group(45 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(45 cases,the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing)according to different perioperative nursing schemes.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative bed time,bowel sound recovery time,hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the conventional group,and the score of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidences of each postoperative complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).After surgery,the score of Spine Functional Index(SFI)in the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the score of Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery has positive application value in perioperative nursing of spine minimally invasive surgery.
