强直性脊柱炎的中医研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in ankylosing spondylitis

强直性脊柱炎(AS)是一种慢性、免疫性、炎症性疾病,炎症在发病过程中发挥重要作用,但具体发病机制尚不明确。该病治疗以非甾体消炎药、缓解病情的抗风湿药、生物制剂为主,可以一定程度上减轻炎症反应、改善部分临床症状、降低疾病活动度,但在改善患者晨僵、脊柱功能、肌肉力量等方面尚有不足之处。中医学的中药口服、熏蒸疗法、针灸、推拿等通过热力、针刺、手法等不同形式作用于机体以调节阴阳平衡,在恢复患者正常机体功能上具有重要作用。本文通过回顾各学者在AS的中医病因病机、证型、中医疗法方面的研究,探讨不同疗法的临床疗效,以期为中医临床应用提供参考。

Ankylosing spondylitis(AS)is a chronic,immune and inflammatory disease.Inflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of AS,but the specific pathogenesis is still unclear.The treatment of this disease is mainly based on non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,anti-rheumatic drugs that alleviate the condition and biological agents,which can reduce the inflammation reaction,improve some clinical symptoms,and reduce disease activity to a certain extent,but there are still deficiencies in improving morning stiffness,spinal function and muscle strength.Oral Chinese medicine,fumigation therapy,acupuncture and massage in traditional Chinese medicine act on the body through different forms such as heat,acupuncture and manipulation to regulate the balance of Yin and Yang,which plays an important role in restoring the normal body function of patients.This article reviews the research of various scholars on the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome types and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of AS,discusses the clinical efficacy of different therapies,in order to provide reference for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine.
