铜死亡在心脏骤停后脑缺血损伤中的研究进展

Research progress of cuproptosis in ischemic brain injury after cardiac arrest

心脏骤停是院外突发死亡的最主要原因,具有极高的致死致残率,是医疗中非常关注的难题。虽然目前医疗水平已有很大提高,但对心脏骤停的抢救仍存在困难,最主要原因是心脏骤停后脑缺血损伤的治疗达不到理想水平。已有研究表明,铜死亡参与到脑缺血损伤的进程中,本文从铜死亡对心脏骤停后脑缺血损伤机制进行综述,探究铜死亡在脑缺血损伤中的研究进展。

Cardiac arrest is the main cause of out-of-hospital sudden death with a high death and disability rate,so it is a problem of great concern in medical treatment.Although the current medical level has been greatly improved compared with the past,there are still problems in the rescue of cardiac arrest.The first reason is that the treatment of cerebral ischemic injury after cardiac arrest is not up to the ideal level.Previous studies have shown that cuproptosis is involved in the process of cerebral ischemic injury.Therefore,this paper reviews the mechanism of copper death in cerebral ischemic injury after cardiac arrest,and explores the research progress of cuproptosis in cerebral ischemic injury.
