On Contemporary Monopoly Capital and Medium and Small-sized Enter prises

战后发达资本主义国家的中小企业迅速发展,在国民经济中的地位和作用明显增长。这一事实引起国内外经济学者的普遍关注,有的认为资本主义中小企业的迅速增长是对垄断的削弱,有的则将它列作否定垄断统治的依据之一。如何认识当代资本主义经济的这一新现象呢?笔者认为。

The growth of medium and smell sized enterprises is the need of contem parary monopoly capital. The growth of mefium and smallsized enterprises is the nedd for capitalist to strengthen macroeconomic administration. The fact that medium and smallsized enterprises are developing rapidly in capita list countries does not mean that the monopoly of capitalist is declining, thus denying monopoly. Quite the contrary, it just meettthe new characteristics of contemporary monopoly capital. Therefore, contemporaty capitalist is still the state monopoly capitalism.
