医院康复训练联合家庭康复护理对自闭症患儿的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Hospital Rehabilitation Training Combined with Family Rehabilitation Nursing for Children with Autism

目的:探讨医院康复训练联合家庭康复护理对自闭症患儿的干预效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年1月厦门市仙岳医院收治的100例自闭症患儿作为本次研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组采用医院康复训练联合家庭康复护理,对照组采用医院康复训练,比较两组护理满意度、孤独程度、发育情况。结果:观察组护理总满意度较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前孤独治疗评估量表(ATEC)评分、孤独症行为量表(ABC)评分、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理60 d后ATEC评分、ABC评分、CARS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组护理前发育情况比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组护理60 d后听力语言评分、视觉表现评分、实际推理评分、手眼协调评分、粗大运动评分、个人-社会评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自闭症患儿给予医院康复训练联合家庭康复护理,能有效提升护理满意度,减轻孤独程度,促进患儿发育。

Objective:To explore the effect of hospital rehabilitation training combined with family rehabilitation nursing for children with autism.Method:A total of 100 children with autism who admitted to Xiamen Xianyue Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study,they were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)by random number table method.The observation group was given hospital rehabilitation training combined with family rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was given hospital rehabilitation training,the nursing satisfaction,loneliness and development of two groups were compared between the two groups.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of autism treatment evaluation checklist(ATEC),autism behavior checklist(ABC)and childhood autism rating scale(CARS)between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the ATEC score,ABC score and CARS score of the observation group after 60 d of nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the development of two groups before nursing(P>0.05);the hearing and language scores,visual performance scores,actual reasoning scores,hand-eye coordination scores,gross motor scores and individual-social scores of the observation group after 60 d of nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hospital rehabilitation training combined with family rehabilitation nursing for children with autism can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce loneliness and promote children's development.
