医疗游戏辅导干预联合PDCA循环管理模式对小儿肺炎患儿负性情绪的影响

Effect of Medical Game Counseling Intervention Combined with PDCA Circular Management Model on Negative Emotions of Children with Infantile Pneumonia

目的:探讨医疗游戏辅导干预联合PDCA循环管理模式对小儿肺炎患儿负性情绪的影响。方法:按照计算机分组法将泉州市第一医院2020年6月—2022年5月收治的87例小儿肺炎患儿分为两组;对照组43例,给予PDCA循环管理模式干预;观察组44例,在对照组基础上给予医疗游戏辅导干预。观察两组症状改善情况、负性情绪、肺功能及创伤后成长状况。结果:观察组各症状改善时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,观察组儿童焦虑敏感性指数(CASI)、儿童抑郁量表(CDI)得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,观察组最大呼气量(FEV)、肺活量(VC)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院时,观察组创伤后成长量表(PTGI)各维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肺炎患儿实施医疗游戏辅导干预联合PDCA循环管理模式,能够有效减轻其临床症状,促进肺功能恢复,以改善其负性情绪,促进创伤后成长。

Objective:To explore the influence of medical game counseling intervention combined with PDCA circular management model on the negative emotions of children with pneumonia.Method:According to the computer grouping method,87 children with infantile pneumonia admitted to Quanzhou First Hospital from June 2020 to May 2022 were divided into two groups;the control group(43 cases)received PDCA circulation management mode intervention,the observation group(44 cases)were given medical game counseling intervention on the basis of the control group.The improvement of symptoms,negative emotions,lung function and post-traumatic growth were observed in the two groups.Result:The time of symptom improvement and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of children's anxiety sensitivity index(CASI)and children's depression inventory(CDI)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the forced expiratory volume(FEV),vital capacity(VC),peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At discharge,the scores of all dimensions of posttraumatic growth inventory(PTGI)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of medical game counseling intervention combined with PDCA circulation management model for children with pneumonia can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of lung function,improve their negative emotions and promote post-traumatic growth.
