中医肛肠病学是运用中医理论和方法研究和治疗肛肠科疾病。对混合痔术后并发症进行治疗是祖国医学的一大优势。文章回顾了混合痔的定义及中医病因病机、混合痔术后并发症病因,总结了中医治疗混合痔术后并发症的独特方法,提出了内外兼治、辨证施治的方针,可以有效地防治混合痔术后并发症,同时有利于提高患者的健康水平,体现了中医在构建肛肠科疾病术后新发展格局中的独特作用,具有十分重要的意义。

Anorectal pathology of traditional chinese medicine is the use of traditional Chinese medicine theory and methods to study and treat anorectal diseases,the treatment for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids is a major advantage of Chinese medicine.This article reviews the definition of mixed hemorrhoids and the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,and the causes of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.It summarizes the unique methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids,and puts forward the policy of internal and external treatment and dialectical treatment,which can effectively prevent and cure postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids and improve the health level of patients.It reflects the unique role of traditional Chinese medicine in building the new development pattern of anorectal diseases after surgery,which is of great significance.
