基于正念冥想训练的心理护理联合安抚行为对尿道下裂患儿的影响

Effect of Psychological Nursing Based on Mindfulness Meditation Training Combined with Soothing Behavior on Children with Hypospadias

目的:研究基于正念冥想训练的心理护理联合安抚行为对尿道下裂患儿的影响。方法:选取2020年2月—2021年2月苏州大学附属儿童医院收治的126例尿道下裂患儿为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各63例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予基于正念冥想训练的心理护理联合安抚行为。比较两组干预前后修订版面部表情疼痛量表(FPS-R)、儿童焦虑性情绪障碍筛查量表(SCARED)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及家长满意度等。结果:干预后,两组FPS-R评分、SCARED各维度评分及总分、PSQI评分均低于干预前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预后家长总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于正念冥想训练的心理护理联合安抚行为能降低尿道下裂患儿疼痛和焦虑程度,提高睡眠质量及家长满意度。

Objective:To study the effect of psychological nursing based on mindfulness meditation training combined with soothing behavior on children with hypospadias.Method:A total of 126 children with hypospadias who treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given psychological nursing based on mindfulness meditation training combined with soothing behavior.The faces pain scale-Revised(FPS-R),screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders(SCARED),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores before and after intervention and parental satisfaction were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention,the FPS-R score,SCARED score of each dimension and total score and PSQI score of two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of parental in the study group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing based on mindfulness meditation training combined with soothing behavior can reduce the degree of pain and anxiety of children with hypospadias,improve the sleep quality and parental satisfaction.
