舒肝解郁胶囊联合经颅磁刺激治疗首发抑郁症的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Shugan Jieyu Capsules Combined with Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation on First-episode Depression

目的:分析舒肝解郁胶囊联合经颅磁刺激(TMS)治疗首发抑郁症的临床效果。方法:选择2021年4月—2022年3月在江门市新会区第三人民医院住院及门诊治疗的80例首发抑郁症患者,根据随机数表法分两组,各40例。对比组给予盐酸帕罗西汀治疗,观察组给予舒肝解郁胶囊联合TMS治疗,对比两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分、临床效果、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗2周、4周、8周、12周后,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分、SDSS评分均低于对比组,临床总有效率高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对比组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊联合TMS可有效改善首发抑郁症患者焦虑、抑郁症状及睡眠质量,减轻社会功能受损程度,且未出现明显的不良反应。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)in the treatment of first-episode depression.Method:A total of 80 first-episode depression patients who were hospitalized and treated in the Jiangmen Xinhui District Third People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divide into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Paroxetine Hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with TMS.The scores of Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)scale,Hamilton depression(HAMD)scale,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),social disability screening schedule(SDSS),clinical effects and total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After 2,4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the HAMA score,HAMD score,PSQI score and SDSS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Jieyu Capsules combined with TMS can effectively improve anxiety,depressive symptoms and sleep quality in patients with first-episode depression,reduce the degree of social function impairment,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.
