摘要
认知功能下降是阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)主要的临床症状之一,严重影响患者康复进程和日常活动。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)是一种新型的非侵入性神经调控技术,因其具有无创性、无痛性、易操作性等优点,已在临床中用于AD的治疗,尤其在恢复大脑记忆力、注意力、定向力和语言能力等认知功能方面具有较好的效果,但其治疗AD的具体机制尚未完全阐明。本文总结了rTMS治疗AD的最新研究进展,以期为rTMS干预AD的认知障碍提供依据。
Cognitive decline is one of the main clinical symptoms of Alzheimer's disease(AD),which seriously affects the rehabilitation process and daily activities of patients.Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)is a new kind of noninvasive neural control technology,because of its non-invasive,painless,easy operational advantages,it has been used in the treatment of AD in clinical,especially it has a good effect in the restoring cognitive functions such as the brain memory,attention,directional force and language ability,but the specific mechanism in the treatment of AD has not been fully elucidated.This paper summarized the latest research progress of rTMS in the treatment of AD,in order to provide evidence for rTMS intervention of cognitive impairment in AD.
