民用大飞机商务舱座椅舒适性设计研究

摘要 为民用大飞机在疫情后快速发展中提升商务舱座椅的体验感需求进行研究,提高商务舱座椅舒适性的设计。分析了FBS模型设计的关键技术与方法,总结了座椅设计的流程。以民用飞机商务舱座椅设计为例,采用项目反应理论模型探究商务舱座椅设计舒适性的相关因子,梳理座椅设计和IRT模型的相关理论,挖掘用户需求。提出基于IRT理论与FBS模型相结合的民用大飞机商务舱设施创新设计方法,有效满足商务舱乘客服务、娱乐多样化的商务舱座椅需求,提高我国飞机制造业核心竞争力。该方法可为现有民用大飞机商务舱座椅设施各部位优化的设计创新研发提供参考。 In order to improve the experience of business class seats and the comfort of business class seats in the rapid development of large civil aircraft.Key technology and methods of FBS model design are analyzed,and the process of seat design is summarized.Taking the civil aircraft business class seat design as an example,this paper uses the project response theory model to explore the relevant factors of business class seat design comfort,studies the seat design process through the FBS model,and makes a closed-loop reconstruction of the comfort factors and comfort evaluation dimensions of business class seats.Sort out the relevant theories of seat design and IRT model,and tap the needs of users.An innovative design method of commercial class facilities of civil large aircraft based on IRT theory and FBS model is proposed.This method could be a reference for the optimization design and innovative research and development of various parts of business class seat facilities of existing civil large aircraft.
