摘要 摩擦摆隔震支座具有广泛应用前景。孟加拉国帕德玛桥梁工程为“一带一路”重要交通工程,采用了摩擦摆隔震支座,以保障桥梁安全。本文首先介绍了试验采用的大吨位多功能试验机及其主要技术参数,其次采用欧洲EN 15129:2009标准规定对帕德玛大桥采用的两种摩擦摆隔震支座进行了型式试验和性能评估分析。结果表明:摩擦摆隔震支座的滞回曲线饱满,耗能效果良好,具有稳定的力学性能及较好的隔震性能,满足设计要求。试验结果为该隔震支座的实际工程应用提供了试验验证,确保了该工程的抗震安全性。 Friction pendulum isolation bearings have extensive application prospects.The Padama Bridge is an important transportation project of“the Belt and Road Initiative”.Friction pendulum isolation bearings are adopted to the Padama Bridge to ensure the safety of the bridge.First,the main performances parameters domestically developed large-scale multipurpose testing machine used in this test were introduced.Secondly,type tests according to European EN 15129:2009 Standard and performance evaluation analysis of the friction pendulum isolation bearing were conducted.The results show that the hysteresis curves of the friction pendulum isolation bearing are satisfactory,with good energy dissipation effect,stable mechanical properties and excellent seismic isolation performance,which meet the design requirements.The test results provide test verification for the practical application of this type of friction pendulum isolation bearing and facilitate the demonstration project application.
