多孔弹性路面弹性组分用量确定与降噪效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 确定橡胶颗粒和聚氨酯在混合料中的合理掺量,能够保证多孔弹性路面在具备减振降噪功能的同时还具有符合标准的力学性能。首先分析了橡胶颗粒掺量对多孔弹性路面混合料力学性能的影响,提出了橡胶颗粒的最高掺量;其次采用肯塔堡飞散试验和自然裹覆试验确定了最小和最大聚氨酯用量,基于不同聚氨酯用量下多孔弹性路面混合料力学性能的变化规律,确定了最佳聚氨酯用量;最后制备了多孔弹性路面混合料,并对比分析了不同类型混合料的降噪效果。试验结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加(不宜超过20%),多孔弹性路面混合料的马歇尔稳定度呈快速下降趋势,飞散损失呈先下降后上升趋势;随着聚氨酯用量的增加,多孔弹性路面混合料的马歇尔稳定度呈上升趋势,飞散损失呈下降趋势,当橡胶颗粒掺量为20%时,最佳聚氨酯用量为5%;多孔弹性路面比密级配路面降低噪声约7 dB,比大空隙沥青路面降低噪声4 dB以上。 That determining the reasonable dosage of rubber particles and polyurethane in the mixture can ensure that the perforated elastic road surface(PERS)has the function of vibration and noise reduction,the mechanical properties meet the requirements as well.Firstly,the influence of rubber particle amount on the mechanical properties of PERS mixture was analyzed,and the maximum rubber particle amount was proposed.Secondly,the minimum and maximum polyurethane dosages were determined by Cantabro raveling test and natural coating test.Based on the change law of mechanical properties of PERS mixture with different polyurethane dosage,the optimal polyurethane dosage was determined.Finally,the PERS mixture was prepared.The noise reduction effect of different types of mixture was compared and analyzed.The test results show that the Marshall stability of PERS mixture rapidly declined with the increase of rubber particles amount(not more than 20%),and the raveling loss decreased firstly and then increased.With the increase of polyurethane content,the Marshall stability of PERS mixture increased and the raveling loss decreased.When the rubber particles amount is 20%,the optimal polyurethane content is 5%.Compared with dense-graded pavement,the noise of PERS mixture was reduced by 7 dB.Compared with porous asphalt pavement,the noise reduction effect of PERS mixture was more than 4 dB.
