机制砂在干混砂浆中的应用进展 被引量:4

摘要 天然砂资源短缺、分布不平衡,是制约干混砂浆发展的关键因素之一,因此寻找其他细骨料代替天然砂迫在眉睫。机制砂产量丰富且基本性能与天然砂类似,使用机制砂取代天然砂制备机制砂干混砂浆是必然趋势。通过对比分析了机制砂取代率、母岩种类、颗粒级配以及石粉含量对干混砂浆工作性能、力学性能等性能的影响,同时探究了其作用机理。结果表明:机制砂取代率、母岩种类、颗粒级配以及石粉含量四大因素均会不同程度上影响干混砂浆的和易性、抗压强度和拉伸粘结强度;干混砂浆的耐久性和抗渗性主要通过调整机制砂的颗粒级配和石粉含量来控制,其他因素对其影响较小。在此基础上,对未来机制砂干混砂浆的相关研究和应用提出了展望。 The shortage of natural sand resources and unbalanced distribution are one of the bottlenecks in the development of dry mixed mortar.It is urgent to find fine aggregate to replace natural sand.The production of machinemade sand is abundant and its basic performance is similar to that of natural sand.It is an inevitable trend to replace natural sand to prepare dry-mixed mortar with machine-made sand.The influence of replacement rate of machinemade sand,parent rock type,particle size distribution and stone powder content on the working performance and mechanical performance of dry mixed mortar are compared and analyzed,and the mechanism is explored.The results show that the workability,compressive strength and tensile bond strength of dry mixed mortar are varying degree affected by four factors of replacement rate of manufactured sand,parent rock type,particle size grading and stone powder content;The durability and impermeability of dry-mixed mortar are mainly controlled by adjusting the particle size grading and stone powder content of manufactured sand,while other factors have less influence.On this basis,the future research and application of dry-mixed mortar with manufactured sand are looked into the future.
