摘要
型钢连接方式解决了传统装配式混凝土构件间连接存在的质量隐患。因此,采用强度叠加原理,对型钢连接预制混凝土构件的抗弯和抗剪承载力计算公式进行了推导,并与试验研究结果进行了比较,验证了计算公式的计算精度;根据静力平衡条件,对型钢部位混凝土保护层厚度、钢筋与型钢间的连接焊缝长度等力学指标进行了分析;根据理论研究和试验研究结果,总结了型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构设计方法。研究结果表明:型钢连接装配式混凝土框架结构传力可靠、质量可控、设计简便,可用于工程应用。
The quality troubles of traditional assembled concrete members can be solved by section steel connection method.The calculation formula of flexural and shear capacity of precast concrete members with section steel connections are deduced by strength superposition principle and compared with the experimental results to verify the calculation accuracy of formulas;According to the static equilibrium condition,the mechanical indexes such as thickness of concrete protective layer at section steel and length of welding seam between bar and section steel are analyzed;Based on the theoretical and experimental results,the design method of section steel connection with prefabricated concrete frame structure is summarized.The results show that the steel connection with prefabricated concrete frame structure has reliable force transmission,controllable quality and simple design,which can be applied in engineering applications.
