摘要
为了提高大坝混凝土裂缝病害的检测效率和检测精度,基于数字图像原理构建了一套裂缝检测系统,系统避免了传统人工裂缝检测方法主观性大、效率低下的问题,可消除人工测量带来的误差。将系统应用到实际工程中,结果表明:系统提取得到的裂缝图像轮廓清晰、裂缝连续完整无空隙,走向判断结果与实际情况一致;裂缝平均宽度均大于1mm,推荐采用微膨胀水泥浆液灌注修补法进行裂缝修补,取得了良好的工程效果。
In order to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of dam concrete crack disease,a crack detection system is constructed based on the digital image principle.The system avoids the problems of subjectivity and low efficiency of traditional artificial crack detection methods,and can eliminate the errors caused by manual measurement.The system is applied to practical engineering,and the results show that:the contour of the crack image extracted by the system is clear,the crack is continuous and complete,and there is no gap,and the judgment result of the strike is consistent with the actual situation;The average width of cracks is more than 1mm.It is recommended to use micro expansion cement slurry grouting repair method to repair cracks,and good engineering results have been achieved.
