汽车紧固件用SCM440球化退火工艺研究

摘要 本文基于JMatPro软件模拟SCM440的连续冷却曲线,采用金相显微镜和硬度计分析不同热轧态组织和球化退火工艺对SCM440球化效果的影响。结果表明,采用两相区+亚温区球化退火工艺的球化效果要明显优于亚温区球化退火工艺;与铁素体+珠光体型热轧态组织相比,贝氏体型热轧态组织可达到更好的球化效果。 The continuous cooling curve of SCM440 steel was simulated by JMatPro software, and the influence of different hot rolling microstructures and spheroidizing annealing processes on the spheroidizing effect of SCM440 steel was analyzed by metallographic microscope and hardness tester. The results showed that the spheroidizing effect of two-phase region+subcritical spheroidizing annealing process was obviously better than that of subcritical spheroidizing annealing process. Compared with ferrite+pearlite hot rolled microstructure, the bainite hot rolled microstructure could achieve better spheroidizing effect.
