Heat Treatment Process and Research Status of H13 Steel

H13钢因其良好的热强性、红硬性、耐磨性、抗疲劳性能、韧性、高淬透性和中温稳定性,被广泛应用于热挤压、热锻和铝合金压铸等模具中。为提高H13钢使用性能和寿命,常对其进行热处理。本文对H13模具钢热处理常规工艺进行简述,对该材料热处理工艺的制定有一定的参考意义。

H13 steel is widely used in hot extrusion die, hot forging die and aluminum alloy die casting due to its good thermal strength, red hardness, wear resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, high hardenability and medium temperature stability. In order to improve the service performance and life of H13 steel, heat treatment is often carried out. This paper briefly introduced common heat treatment process of H13 die steel, which has certain reference significance for the formulation of heat treatment process of this material.
