基于双钻模型的防晒服优化

Optimization of sun protection clothing based on double diamond model

摘要 为改善防晒服的防晒功能与舒适性能,应用抗紫外线优良且吸湿透气的面料,采用短款款式和开口结构,设计开发出新型防晒服。基于双钻模型对防晒服设计进行方案优化,首先通过防晒服市场调研和用户问卷调查,收集防晒服现存主要问题和用户需求;其次通过人体着装试验和面料性能检测,探究影响防晒服功能与舒适性平衡的关键因素;最后根据用户需求和影响防晒服设计的关键因素进行防晒服优化设计试验。试验结果表明:新型防晒服的结构设计更加合理,开口结构提升了防晒服的热湿舒适性,且优化后防晒服可在保证用户安全的情况下满足防晒需求,此外增加的防晒监测功能可有效提示用户采取防晒措施,实现了防晒服功能与舒适性的相对平衡。 In order to improve the sun protection function and comfortable performance of sun protection clothing,a new type of sun protection clothing is designed and developed by using fabrics with excellent UV resistance and moisture absorption and breathability,by using short styles and opening structures.Based on the double-diamond model,the design of sunscreen clothing is optimized.First,the existing main problems and user needs of sunscreen clothing are collected through market research and user questionnaire survey;Secondly,the key factors that affect the balance between the function and comfort of sunscreen clothing are explored through human clothing test and fabric performance test;Finally,according to user needs and key factors that affect the design of sunscreen clothing,the optimization design test of sunscreen clothing is carried out.The test results show that the structure design of the new type of sunscreen clothing is more reasonable,the opening structure improves the thermal and wet comfort of the sunscreen clothing,and the optimized sunscreen clothing can meet the needs of sunscreen while ensuring the safety of users.In addition,the added sunscreen monitoring function can effectively prompt users to take sunscreen measures,achieving the relative balance between the function and comfort of the sunscreen clothing.
