摘要
在分析工业互联网标识解析服务应用现状的基础上,针对标识解析编码形式多样导致不便交流,标识解析平台及其协议不易使用,标识应用局限于单个标识等缺点,提出了面向产品装配过程的工业互联网标识设计,具体包括标识二次编码及标识信息模型、三层标识应用架构、标识对象建模应用方法,依次解决标识编码规范性和兼容性问题、标识解析系统落地应用问题、标识对象建模能力不足问题。通过实例验证了设计的可行性。
On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the application of industrial internet identification resolution service,in view of the shortcomings of various forms of identification resolution coding that cause inconvenient communication,identification resolution platform and its protocol are not easy to use,and identification application is limited to a single logo,the industrial internet identification design for the product assembly process was proposed,including identification secondary coding and identification information model,three-layer identification application architecture,identification object modeling application method,and solve the standardization and compatibility problem of identification coding,the landing application problem of identification resolution system,and the insufficient modeling capability of identify object in turn.The feasibility of the design was verified by example.
