摘要
湿式机械加工技术具有良好的润滑、散热、清洗、防锈性能,在机械加工设备中得到大量应用。在切削液进口处设计旁通管道,可以实现切削液的机床外循环。介绍了湿式机械加工设备切削液进口旁通管道的组成、功能,分析了旁通管道的尺寸影响因素,并对不同材料旁通管道的性能进行对比,由此提高旁通管道的设计合理性.
Wet machining technology has good lubrication,heat dissipation,cleaning and rust prevention performance,and has been widely used in mechanical processing equipment.The bypass pipeline is designed at the cutting fluid inlet,which can realize the external machine tool circulation of the cutting fluid.The composition and function of the cutting fluid inlet bypass pipeline of wet machining equipment were introduced,the size influencing factors of the bypass pipeline was analyzed,and the performance of the bypass pipeline of different materials was compared,so as to improve the design rationality of the bypass pipeline.
