摘要
针对地铁用车钩安装板生产中出现表面裂纹的问题,通过金相组织和热处理后应力分析,确定原材料在火焰切割下料后表面存在延迟裂纹和板材自身存在偏析等因素,是导致地铁车钩安装板淬火开裂的主要原因。从产生裂纹的环节入手,通过热处理前机加工,对加工余量进行控制,结合热处理加热,提高板材采购非金属夹杂物等级要求等措施,解决了这一问题。
Aiming at the problem of surface crack on mounting plate of the subway coupler,through metallographic structure and post-heat treatment stress analysis,it is determined that there are delayed cracks on the surface of raw material after flame cutting,and the segregation of the plate are the main reasons for the quenching cracking on mounting plate of the subway coupler.Starting from the crack generation,the processing allowance is controlled through machining before heat treatment,combined with heat treatment heating,increasing the grade requirement of non-metallic inclusion of the plate,etc.,this problem is solved.
