摘要
目前国内地铁屏蔽门由于地下工况环境恶劣而普遍容易发生绝缘失效。针对当前地铁屏蔽门绝缘部件易失效、难排查、难维护的问题,文章提出了一种能有效解决屏蔽门绝缘失效及其引发打火问题的整体绝缘的复合材料结构设计方案,完成了各结构部件的绝缘设计,通过试验验证了该设计方案的可行性和有效性,为后续屏蔽门绝缘防护和安全升级提供了指导。
Insulation failure is a common problem currently for screen doors in the metro systems across China,because of the harsh underground working environment.Focusing on obstacles,such as insulation parts prone to failure,difficult troubleshooting and difficult maintenance,this paper proposed a composite material structure design solution with overall insulation targeting insulation failure of the screen door and the subsequent arc striking.The insulation design involving all structural parts was verified feasible and effective by experiments,providing guidance for subsequent insulation protection and safety upgrade of screen doors.
