摘要
针对齿轮传动时会发生各种故障,无法及时发出预警的问题,利用图形化编程虚拟仪器LabVIEW开发设计了齿轮传动健康状态静电在线监测系统。系统通过对采集到的齿轮静电数据的时域、奇异值分解(SVD)、变分模态分解(VMD)、联合算法等频域分析,能够准确判断齿轮的故障类型,实现对齿轮的实时在线监测。相比于振动、温度等传统故障诊断,该系统更有利于发现齿轮的早期微弱故障。
Aiming at the problem that various faults will occur in gear transmission and can not give early warning in time,an electrostatic online monitoring system for gear transmission health state is developed and designed by using graphical programming virtual instrument LabVIEW.Through the time domain,singular value decomposition(SVD),variational modal decomposition(VMD),joint algorithm and other frequency domain analysis of the collected gear electrostatic data,the system can accurately judge the fault type of the gear and realize the real time online monitoring of the gear.Compared with the traditional fault diagnosis such as vibration and temperature,the system is more conducive to find the early weak fault of the gear.
