为确保山西天地王坡煤业3203回采工作面实现高效回采,通过对液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机等设备的选型与分析,研究选择ZF8000/17/32型工作面液压支架、ZFG8000/18/32H型过渡支架、ZQ4000/17/35型运顺端头支架、ZQL2×4000/20/38型运顺超前支架、ZTC20000/22/40型回顺超前支架、MG300/700-WD型双滚筒采煤机、SGZ764/630型中双链铸焊封底式溜槽刮板输送机,现场应用“三机”配套良好,工作面设备实现了安全平稳运行。

In order to ensure the efficient recovery of 3203 back mining face,through the selection and analysis of hydraulic bracket,coal mining machine,scraper conveyor and other equipment the study selects ZF8000-17/32 type working face hydraulic bracket ZFG8000/18/32H type transition bracket,ZQ4000/17/35 type transport smooth end bracket,ZQL2×4000/20/38 type ZTC20000/22/40 back-shun overrun bracket,MG300/700-WD coal mining machine,SGZ764/630 medium double chain cast and welded sealed bottom chute scraper conveyor,the site application of"three machines"supporting good,the working face equipment to achieve a safe and smooth operation.
