水力流态变化对水轮机运行特性影响的研究

摘要 为了解决水轮机在高速运行过程中严重的空泡现象,影响水轮机运行稳定的问题,利用流体仿真分析软件建立了贯流式水轮机的三维模型,利用仿真分析的方式对不同水力流态下的水轮机运行特性进行了研究。结果表明,水轮机的导叶开度越大,转轮进口处的液流角越小,能够将水轮机运行时的空泡现象降低73.4%,对优化水轮机结构、提高水轮机运行稳定性具有十分重要的意义。 In order to solve the current situation of serious air bubble phenomenon during the high-speed operation of hydraulic turbine,which affects the stability of hydraulic turbine operation.A three-dimensional model of the cross-flow hydraulic turbine was established using fluid simulation analysis sofware,and the operating characteristics of the hydraulic turbine under different hydraulic flow regimes were studied by using simulation analysis.The results show that the larger the guide vane opening of the hydraulic turbine,the smaller the fluid flow angle at the inlet of the runner,which can reduce the air bubble phenomenon during the operation of the hydraulic turbine by 73.4%,and is of great significance for optimizing the hydraulic turbine structure and improving the operational stability of the hydraulic turbine.
