摘要
通过研究离心式通风机的结构,并对叶轮的三维仿真模型进行受力分析,通过改进叶轮叶片后盘厚度,对叶片运行过程中的应力集中现象进行缓解改善,极大增强了离心式叶轮运行过程中的安全可靠性,确保了煤矿通风机运行过程中的安全。
By studying the structure of centrifugal ventilators and conducting stress analysis on the three-dimensional simulation model of the impeller,the stress concentration phenomenon during the operation of the impeller blade is alleviated and improved by improving the thickness of the impeller blade rear disc,which greatly enhances the safety and reliability during the operation of centrifugal impellers and ensures the safety during the operation of coal mine ventilators.
