摘要
由于液压支架中立柱在使用过程中极容易出现结构变形、局部开裂等失效问题,直接影响着液压支架对巷道顶板的支护效果和井下作业安全。基于此,在分析液压支架及立柱结构特点基础上,开展了立柱使用过程中的结构性能研究,得出:立柱的整体出现受力不均匀现象,其柱头为整个结构的薄弱部位,前立柱比后立柱所承受压力相对更大;从材料、结构、热处理等方面提出了立柱的改进措施,这对指导立柱的优化改进,保证液压支架的支护强度及安全性具有重要参考意义。
As the column in the hydraulic support is very prone to structural deformation,local cracking and other failure problems in the process of use,it will directly affect the support effect of the hydraulic support on the roof of the roadway and the safety of underground operation.To this end,based on the analysis of the structural characteristics of the hydraulic bracket and column,the structural performance study of the column in the process of use was carried out,and it was concluded that:the column as a whole is unevenly stressed,the column head is the weak part of the whole structure,and the pressure on the front column is relatively greater than that on the rear column;improvement measures for the column were proposed in terms of material,structure and heat treatment,which are important for guiding the optimization and improvement of the column to ensure the strength and safety of the hydraulic bracket.This is an important reference for guiding the optimization of the column to ensure the support strength and safety of the hydraulic support.
