摘要
基于FANUC 0i MF Plus数控系统,阐述雷尼绍测头接收器的线路连接与配对方法、参数设置,设计控制测头开启与关闭的PMC程序,并对测头功能进行初步验证,最后通过对测头的对中、标定和测量操作验证开发的可行型和可靠性。同时在全国职业院校技能大赛数控机床装调与技术改造赛项中,将测头的开发和应用作为技能竞赛的考核点,对学生知识点的掌握提出了更高的要求,以促进我国智能制造装备领域技能人才的培养。
Based on FANUC Oi MF Plus CNC system,the line connection and pairing method and parameters setting of the Renishaw probe receiver was expounded,the PMC program to control probe opening and closing was designed,and the probe function was verified preliminarily.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of this development are verified though the alignment,calibration and measurement of the probe operation.At the same time,in the National Vocational College Skills Competition for CNC Machine Tool Assembly and Technical Transformation,the development and application of probes were taken as the assessment points of the skills competition,which put forward higher requirements for students'mastery of knowledge points,and promoted my country's intelligent manufacturing.Cultivation of skilled personnel in the field of equipment.
