桥式起重机小车运行机构设计研究

摘要 常见的桥式起重机小车多为集中驱动控制,运行过程中噪声大、惯性大即冲击力大,经常发生零件磨损破坏,严重影响到小车机构的使用寿命,因此对起重机小车进行分别驱动设计,对驱动、控制装置进行改进,包括驱动电机及减速器设备的选型优化设计。经过运行检验表明,改进效果显著,能满足恶劣工况下的使用需求。 The common overhead crane trolley is mostly centralized drive control operation,the operation process of noise,inertia,that is,the impact of large,often occurring parts wear damage,seriously affecting the service life of the trolley mechanism,so the crane trolley for separate drive design,drive,control devices for improvement,including drive motors and reducer equipment selection optimization design.After the operation test shows that the effect is significant and can meet the needs of the use of harsh working conditions.
