摘要
针对煤矿井下带式输送机重载状态下难以启动、运输效率低、维护成本高等问题,设计集隔爆兼本安型永磁同步变频调速功能于一体的电动机,重点对其结构的组成、控制系统的设计以及运行维护等方面进行分析,并最终通过仿真模拟对其可靠性进行验证。结果表明,设计的永磁同步变频调速电动机能够实现平稳运行,达到了预期的效果,同时也减少了后期的维护成本。
In view of the difficulties in starting the underground belt conveyor under heavy load,low transport efficiency and high maintenance costs,an explosion-proof and intrinsically safe permanent magnet synchronous frequency conversion speed control motor was designed,focusing on its structure composition,control system design and operation and maintenance,and its reliability was finally verified through simulation.The results show that the designed permanent magnet synchronous variable speed motor is able to achieve smooth operation and achieve the expected results,while also reducing the maintenance costs at a later stage.
