YJ218B型接装机错位轮护轨调整装置的改进设计

Modification of Adjusting Device for Dislocation Wheel's Guard Rails in YJ218B Filter Aassembler

为解决YJ218B型接装机的错位轮护轨调整时间过长的问题,改进了护轨调整装置。该装置由三个调节机构组成,满足了护轨前后位置的单独调整,新增调节螺钉实现了护轨前后位置的精准调节,改进了安装支架来适应多种基棒长度规格的使用。对改进前后的YJ218B型机组进行测试,结果表明:改进后的护轨调节装置效率得到提升,降低了操作人员工作强度。

In order to reduce the time needed for dislocation wheel's guard rails adjusting,the adjusting device in YJ218B filter assembler was was modified.The device consisted of three regulating mechanisms,which meeted the separate adjustment of the front and back position of the guard rails.An adjusting screw was added to achieve precise adjustment for the guard rails.The mounting bracket was improved to adapt to multiple base rods length.The YJ218B filter assembler before and after modification was tested.the results showed that the time needed for guard rails adjusting was reduce 45.6min,shortened by 81.7%.This technology improves the adjustment efficiency of the dislocation wheel's guard rails and reduces the working intensity of the operator.
